Orders

Can I change or cancel my order?

Please contact us immediately if you want to change or cancel your order; we cannot guarantee our ability to update your order but we will do our best. Contact us here.

How do preorders work?

We offer some items on preorder. Preordering will fully reserve the items for you and the item will ship out as soon as it is received in stock. Payment is collected at the time you place your order. If you order in stock orders they will be shipped to you immediately and your preorder will ship separately when they arrive, at no additional cost.

We also offer restock reminders. You are not charged for a restock reminder, and the product is not reserved. You will receive a text or email notification when your item is restocked and available to purchase.

Can you exchange items?

Unfortunately, we cannot offer exchanges. If you need a different size or color of an item, you will need to place a new order and return the item that does not fit.

If you reorder the same item in a different color or size, we can ensure that you can keep any discount that may have been granted on the original order. The returned item will be refunded as soon as it arrives at our warehouse.

Shipping & Returns

How long does shipping take?

Our standard shipping is typically dispatched within 2 business days. Delivery times vary from 1-4 days, with exceptions of course. We do offer expedited shipping and will do our best to dispatch your order as quickly as possible.

How much does shipping cost?

Our standard shipping is $10 or is free for purchases over $75. Expedited shipping is available for $35.

Which shipping methods do you offer?

We utilize trusted carriers including UPS, FedEx and USPS.

Do you offer refunds?

Returns must be delivered to our shop within 14 days of the delivery date for a full refund. Any return received after 14 days will be returned to sender.

Items must be unused in their original condition, with all tags attached and any related accessories or instruction booklets included. Incomplete, damaged, worn, or altered items, or anything we reasonably believe has been used, will not be accepted and therefore sent back to you. Where an item is supplied with a hygiene strip, the item can only be returned if the hygiene strip has not been removed and remains intact.

Once your return is processed, you will receive an email confirmation. Upon return being processed, your refund can take around 2-7 business days to reflect depending on your banking partner.

All sale products are Final Sale. When an item is final sale we do not allow returns unless an item is received damaged.

Account

Do I have to create an account to order?

No, it's not mandatory, but it is highly recommended. You can find your history, edit your addresses and track your package faster. You will also be notified of new products and special events, and any other fun things we come us with!

Do you save my bank details?

Absolutely not. We never have access to this information. It is securely encrypted and processed through our banking partners. Your data is safe.

What types of credit cards do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express cards and ShopPay.
